As our digital world becomes increasingly advanced, it is vital the children of The Cambridge Primary School know how to stay safe online whilst understanding the benefits of technology.

At our school, we consider safeguarding children to be everyone’s responsibility, so we tackle the topic of online safety as a whole school community.  In addition to teachers receiving up-to-date training on the subject, all children are taught about how to stay safe online through the computing and PSHE curriculum.

Appropriate filtering and monitoring is in place on all school devices and school networks. This is so children have access to ‘safe’ information and ‘over blocking’ does not restrict access to their learning.
