MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS & ALLERGIES 

Chartwells dedicated team of nutritionists work with our kitchen teams to create menus for those children who are affected by allergies or require a special diet.

 

The special diet menu is distinct from the regular menu cycle and is designed to accommodate the dietary needs of children with medically required diets or those adhering to specific religious beliefs.

 

For medically required diets, it is necessary for all requests to be accompanied by a letter from a GP or dietitian confirming the allergy.

To inform us about your child's allergies and to request a medical diet, please complete and return the Medical Diet Request Form. The form is available for download at the bottom of this page by clicking the attachment. Additionally, you can obtain a hard copy from our school office.
